Plum x Bodyography Instagram Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram.
1. SPONSORS
This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted by Plum Vagiceuticals in collaboration with Bodyography (collectively, “Sponsors”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsors and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on November 21, at 11:00 AM ET and ends on November 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Giveaway:
● Follow both brands on Instagram: @plumvagiceuticals and @bodyography
● Like the giveaway post
● Tag a friend in the comments of the post — each tag counts as a separate entry
● Share the post to your Instagram Story for a bonus entry (optional)
All entry steps must be completed using a public Instagram profile. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE
Three (3) winners will receive the following prize package:
From Bodyography:
● Lipstick Palette (approx. retail value: $28)
● Glitter Pigment (approx. retail value: $25)
● Radiant Glow Primer (approx. retail value: $28)
- Retinol by Robanda Anti-Aging Hand Cream (approx. $20)
From Plum Vagiceuticals:

Total Approximate Retail Value: $125
No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any item becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winners will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received.
Each potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
Each selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize.
If a selected winner does not respond within the allotted time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion.”
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsors and Instagram from any liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted will be used only to contact the winner and will not be shared or used for marketing purposes without consent.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
